- Investigate and resolve complex business and system issues, recommending improvements and optimizations.
- Lead comprehensive test planning, execution, and evaluation to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Create and maintain essential documentation, guides, and training materials for asset management users.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and status updates to stakeholders and project teams.
- Expertise in asset management operations, including core workflows and investment lifecycle processes.
- Documented experience in transformations involving technology and operational changes in financial services.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills to engage diverse groups effectively.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa.
- Proficiency in modeling tools like Visio and Jira, and familiarity with data analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with reconciliation, statistical analysis, or financial modeling.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent relevant experience.
