Active RN state license
BLS by AHA requiredMinimum 2 year RN experience with recent Home Health experience required
Must be proficient in OASIS documentation.
Experience in wound care, IV therapy, and infection control is essential.
Ability to manage home health and occasional hospice patients.
Skilled in handling chronic conditions like CHF, diabetes, and renal disease.
Capable of completing admissions (SOC), recertifications, and follow-up visits.
