• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed catering sales targets.
• Identify potential clients and cultivate strong relationships through networking, cold calling, and face-to-face meetings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor catering services to meet their expectations.
• Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and event orders, ensuring all client requirements are accurately documented and communicated.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including culinary and operations, to ensure flawless event execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
• Participate in relevant trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote services and generate leads.
• Provide training and support to sales team members as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in catering sales or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
