Commercial Construction Project Manager
We are hiring for an skilled Commercial Construction Project Manager in Tampa, FL. This role is deadline-driven, with daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables. Our clients customers are primarily General Contractors (GCs), waterproofing/roofing contractors, and commercial facilities owners.
Duties:
- Thorough review of construction project documents, including specifications, drawings, and details.
- Attend Scope Reviews, Pre-Con Meetings and Site Visits.
- Develop Weekly Schedules, Budgets, Submittals, Shop Drawings, Purchase Orders
- Communicate weekly with general contractors and other customers.
- Collaborating with our estimator, sales team, and other staff, to enable successful transfer of the project from Estimating to Project Management upon close of the Sale
- Manage Change Orders, RFI’s, RFPs, and Subcontractors
- Manage risk by identifying potential problems early and implementing effective solutions
- Schedule internal and external resources per the agreed upon project timeline.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering is desired.
- 4 or more years of experience in commercial construction project management.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
