Job Description- Manage all phases of construction projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Lead project teams and coordinate subcontractors
- Conduct owner and subcontractor meetings
- Manage project financial performance
- Identify and resolve project risks
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong financial management and scheduling experience
- Experience managing projects valued at $10M+
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
