Controls the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements.
Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives.
Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions.

The successful candidate will process information under the supervision of the FMS team lead and management assisting in receipts, parts search and documentation, emergent support requirements tracking, and various FMS cargo offer shipments.
The candidate will support development of classified and unclassified cargo offer shipments, as well as various FMS material delivery status reports.The candidate will be required to understand internal database systems.

Basic Qualifications- Ability to complete tasks with high accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools.
- Ability to organize and maintain detailed records, logs, or spreadsheets.
- Demonstrated ability to break complex problems into logical steps and develop clear, actionable solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a team environment, contributing ideas, and assisting teammates to achieve shared goals.

- 0-2 years of experience in logistics, inventory control, procurement, or a data analysis role (internships, co ops, or military experience are acceptable).
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in tools used for data tracking.
- Experience conducting research to locate alternative sources or verify data.
- Ability to convey technical information clearly to both internal teams and external customers.
- Takes initiative to identify tasks, follow up on open items, and seek continuous improvement without needing constant supervision.
