Job Description
We are looking for a ServiceNow professional with hands-on experience in Now Assist, ServiceNow's Generative AI capability. The candidate will be responsible for implementing AI-powered solutions, configuring Now Assist features, and integrating GenAI capabilities within ServiceNow workflows.
Required Skills- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or ITOM
- Knowledge of Generative AI and LLM concepts
- Experience configuring AI-driven workflows and virtual agents
- Integration experience using REST APIs
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting)
- Experience with ServiceNow platform customization and development
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Experience with AI Search, Virtual Agent, and GenAI capabilities
- Exposure to Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or other LLM platforms
- ServiceNow AI/Now Assist implementation experience
