Job Description- Manage all on-site operations from sitework through final turnover
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules
- Lead site safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Monitor workmanship, quality standards, and project documentation
- Collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, and consultants throughout construction

The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Experience delivering ground-up projects valued at $5M+
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and scheduling software
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and site logistics
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Salary ranging from $90.000 to $125.000 USD annually
- Company vehicle or vehicle allowance and technology package
