Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction through completion
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality control
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in ground-up multifamily construction
Strong knowledge of NYC construction processes and regulations
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency with construction management software
