Job Description
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality control
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
- 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in ground-up multifamily construction
- Strong knowledge of NYC construction processes and regulations
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with construction management software
- Competitive salary range between $150,000 and $180,000 USD.
