Job Duties: Manage the mail
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetingsOrder office supplies and maintain inventory
Answer and relay telephone calls and messages
Set up and maintain filing systems
Greet visitors, and direct visitors to appropriate person
Record and prepare minutes of meetings
Prepare and edit invoices and correspondences
Job Requirements: Completion of high school
Completion of 1-2 years of college or other program for administrative assistant or secretaries or previous clerical experience
Job Terms:
Full time, Permanent position, 40 hours per weekWage: $29.00/Hour
