Job Description- Support Project Managers on ground-up retail projects ($10M-$80M+)
- Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and cost tracking
- Coordinate subcontractors, RFIs, and submittals
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- Participate in site walks and assist with project execution

The Successful Applicant- 2-5+ years of commercial construction experience
- Exposure to ground-up or retail projects preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam (or similar)
- Motivated to grow into a Project Manager role
- $80K-$100K base + bonus (up to 25%)
