Quality Assurance Specialist 2 / Software Tester (.Net) (QAS2) at OH

You'll collaborate across teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC, including deployment, source control, and performance benchmarking within Azure DevOps environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test strategies and plans for .NET and cloud-native applications; create robust test cases and documentation.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-production issue resolution; assist with deployment activities and source control tasks.
• Develop and maintain QA standards, criteria, and automated testing procedures; monitor quality assurance throughout the lifecycle.
• Perform performance testing and benchmarking; report on response times and other performance measures.
• Collaborate with business and IT staff; communicate findings clearly and mentor peers on QA practices as needed.

Technical Skills (essential):

• .NET (C#) and cloud-native application testing
• Azure DevOps for documentation, task management, and collaboration
• SDLC knowledge (Agile, Iterative, Traditional) and testing activities
• Experience with test planning, test cases, and system testing documentation
• Basic knowledge of SQL databases (MS-SQL/Oracle) and related tooling; familiarity with web technologies (HTML/JavaScript) and testing tools (e.g., performance testing)
