- Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every other weekend and every other holiday
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,890 - $1,990
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg or Telemetry RN experience
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Telemetry nursing experience required
- ACLS certification required
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and ordered therapies according to established protocols
- Complete thorough patient assessments, documentation, and care coordination throughout the shift
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a busy acute care hospital setting
- Work in a welcoming Bethlehem, PA healthcare community
