- Patient Ratios: nursing 1:5
- Equipment: overhead lifts in patient rooms, portable Hoyer, Sera Stedy, biodex balance, Wii, pressure map, trial AFOs, trial wheelchairs
- EHR: Epic/CareConnect
- Supervisor: • Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: adults and older adults
Hiring Profile:
- Must Have Skills/Experience: IPR experience preferred
- Preferred Skillset/Experience: neuro experience and/or certs preferred
- Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CVA, SCI, TBI, neurodegenerative, polytrauma, amputation, cardiac, gen med, ortho
- Personality Fit: thrives in a strong team atmosphere
- Required Education: PT lic in Oregon
