Job Description- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of multi-family construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and implement changes to address challenges or delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage procurement and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
