Job Description
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of multi-family construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and implement changes to address challenges or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Manage procurement and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
  • Foster a positive work environment and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
