Responsibilities:

The Director of Marketing will drive revenue growth for Vista in the North and South America regions by bridging marketing strategies with Sales goals, focusing on maximising market expansion, customer acquisition, and product positioning.

Success in this role will require thoughtful implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies, as well as continuous optimization of campaigns and diligent tracking of results. An ideal candidate will be a motivated and entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives on sourcing and leveraging data to make informed decisions that drive revenue and optimizes ROI for the company.

Core responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Work directly with the Regional EVP of Marketing to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's commercial objectives and revenue targets.

Market Growth & Analysis: analyse market trends and consumer preferences to identify new and innovative market opportunities to drive sales and market penetration. Translate insights into actionable recommendations and marketing initiatives.

Campaign Execution: oversee the timely and balanced deployment of 360 promotional programs across channels — from events to advertising campaign, across digital and traditional channels. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and in alignment with global brand standards.

Metrics and Campaign Optimization: analyse and track performance marketing metrics to gain valuable insights that will inform and optimize future campaigns and drive ROI. In collaboration with Regional EVP, lead measurement strategy to guide marketing investment.

Reporting: Develop high-quality reporting and insights for the region to be shared at the Executive team level.

Team Leadership: coordinate the lead regional marketing professionals alongside the global team to execute initiatives effectively. Provide direction and support to ensure high-quality execution and professional development.

Collaboration: work cross-functionally amongst the marketing team and closely with sales, product management, as well as internal and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and lead generation, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities.

Budget Management: allocate, track, and optimize the annual marketing budget for maximum ROI.

Perform any other tasks reasonably required to be undertaken in accordance with the instructions of the Reporting Manager.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: 6-8+ years in marketing with demonstrated success delivering multi-channel campaigns and a focus on profitability and growth.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret KPIs, market data, and financial reports (ROI, P&L).
  • Proven track record of owning large marketing budgets with experience optimizing the marketing mix for efficiency.
  • Leadership: Experience leading teams and managing external agencies.
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. consumer’s media behavior, industry benchmarks and best practices.
  • Experience building both scalable acquisition strategies and retention strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for presenting to stakeholders and leading teams.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in Luxury Marketing, Aviation and Private Aviation is preferrable but not required
