Platform Architect

Must-Haves:
- Experience with Docker or other containerization apps.
- Experience with cloud-based architecture and API gateways
- Skilled in integrating data security
- Proficient in large, complex integrations involving ML and AI
- Contributed to improving DevSecOps and/or MLOps
- Blend of infrastructure and software development experience
Tools:
- Strong AWS and Databricks experience preferred, or Snowflake
- Proficiency with Python, Terraform, Microservices
- Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with containerization using Kubernetes or Docker
- Experience with SQL and data warehouse architecture
Role Responsibilities:
- Design and support core enterprise data & machine learning platform
- Work in a federated team environment, advising on architectural patterns
- Strong knowledge of computer science, DevOps, MLOps, CI/CD, and platform automation
- Lead creation & implementation of data & ML platform across different conglomerate
- Develop solutions roadmap for multiple implementation projects
- Balance individual needs against enterprise architecture
- Monitor market for new architectural patterns
- Build & maintain core data platform with high automation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related field) with 8+ years of experience
- Deep understanding of AI, modern data architectures, and patterns
- Expertise in contemporary design paradigms, microservices, and cloud-native design
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Collaborative attitude, able to coach and participate in code reviews
- Proficiency in managing complexity and driving results
- Deep understanding of Databricks or Snowflake
