Inventory Control Specialist

Conversion Pay: $26–$28/hour DOE upon permanent hire

About the Role:

Legacy Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to support our client's warehouse and operations team. This role is ideal for someone experienced in inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and logistics coordination, with the ability to learn and manage sample shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and update inventory records using company software systems.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and tracking inventory across departments.
• Support and coordinate sample shipments as needed (training provided if necessary).
• Operate forklifts to move, load, and organize materials when required.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain efficient workflow.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience performing cycle counts.
• Basic forklift experience required.
• Familiarity with inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new processes, including sample shipment procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
