Job Description- Lead and manage production activities to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards in print manufacturing.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing and 5S principles to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and GMP standards within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide leadership and direction to production teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges and enhance workflow processes.
- Maintain process discipline to ensure consistent product quality and operational safety.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality systems and procedures in print manufacturing.

The Successful Applicant- Experience in manufacturing leadership within a regulated industry, such as medical device or print manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and GMP standards.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to monitor and manage KPIs to achieve production goals.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide production teams effectively.
