Job Description
  • Lead and manage production activities to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards in print manufacturing.
  • Develop and implement lean manufacturing and 5S principles to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and GMP standards within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to production teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges and enhance workflow processes.
  • Maintain process discipline to ensure consistent product quality and operational safety.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality systems and procedures in print manufacturing.

The Successful Applicant
  • Experience in manufacturing leadership within a regulated industry, such as medical device or print manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and GMP standards.
  • Proficiency in lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven ability to monitor and manage KPIs to achieve production goals.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide production teams effectively.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and process discipline.
