Postal Service's Facilities Repair & Alterations organization.

What You'll Do- Lead small design and construction projects (minor construction, facility repairs, HVAC/electrical system upgrades).
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and USPS teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Provide expert technical guidance, feasibility studies, and cost analyses to resolve project challenges.
- Draft RFPs, review bids, and manage contractors from kickoff through final acceptance.
- Conduct inspections and oversee progress to ensure compliance with USPS standards.
- Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural), or Construction Management (ABET-accredited for engineering).
- 3-7 years' experience in commercial facility maintenance or construction project management.
- Skilled in project scheduling, contractor oversight, and technical documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Flexible and willing to travel.
