• Architect Dynamic Reports: Lead the intake process for reporting requests, utilizing Salesforce CRM and MS Excel to gather and organize cross-functional data.
• Innovate Data Visualization: Design impactful dashboards and charts that translate raw numbers into actionable stories for executive review.
• Drive Process Excellence: Collaborate with diverse internal teams to identify trends, evaluate market conditions, and optimize our reporting methodologies.
• Master New Technologies: Leverage tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Einstein Analytics to enhance our analytical depth.

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing coordination, and business analysis.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formatting) are essential. Proficiency with Salesforce, OneNote, Adobe Pro, Bluebeam and the MS Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint) is required.
• Analytical Aptitude: A background in complex financial modeling or utility industry experience is highly preferred.
• Collaborative Spirit: A customer-service mindset and the ability to thrive in an agile, "ask-questions" culture.
• Education: A business or marketing degree is preferred, but your proven ability to present data effectively is what truly matters.
