Job Description- Help support the project managers
- Submittals and RFIs
- Help develop master schedules: plan timeline for earthwork, concrete, electrical, etc.
- Manage change orders, purchase orders, and permits with some autonomy
- Help create project schedules
- Gain scheduling experience by coordinating with the subcontractors
- Preparing to run projects solo

The Successful Applicant- Relevant experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
- Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project
- Has helped create submittals and RFIs in the past
- Commercial project experience is a plus
- Hard work ethic and strong communication skills
- Strong bonus payouts (the low end being 20%, up to 50% of salary)
