Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Interior Construction Project Manager to lead interior build-outs, renovations, and finishing work for multiple ground-up projects. You will manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and quality, ensuring interiors are delivered on time and to exceptional standards.
Responsibilities: Oversee interior construction, fit-outs, and finishing work on multiple NYC sites
Coordinate closely with architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractorsManage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and materials
Conduct site inspections, quality control, and resolve on-site challenges
Qualifications: 3 7 years of experience in interior construction, renovation, or fit-out management
Proven experience managing multiple NYC projectsStrong understanding of NYC Department of Buildings regulations and codes
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
