Duties As a Program Analyst at the NH
-0343-3 some of your typical work assignments may include:- Lead Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) Ground Testing in the budgeting, planning, integration, and execution of Missile DefenseAgency (MDA) Ground Test (GT), large scale distributed hardware in the loop testing.
- Support delivery of Missile Defense System combat system computer program baselines through ground testing.
- Identify GT resource requirements and make recommendations on resource allocations.
- Coordinate ground test planning and execution including test plans, resources, facilities, personnel, Hardware and Software assets, and data collection and analysis efforts.
- Manage pre and post mission milestone reviews in accordance with the MDA ground test concept of operations.

- This is an acquisition position coded Practitioner in Program Management.
Incumbent must acquire 80 continuous learning pointe every 24 months
- Employee must obtain/maintain a Non-Critical Sensitive/Secret clearance Qualifications A.
- Experience with the Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense System, and test expertise, including future target requirements; test plans and resources; defining range services, test facilities, and assets; and test data collection and distribution.
- Managing engineering test programs of complex weapon systems for organization
- Advising diverse working groups on the integration of complex weapon systems.
- Developing test concepts, policies, and standards to support the verification validation, and accreditation of core models.
