Minimum Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the specialty (within the last 3 months)
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification – Required
- Dysrhythmia Interpretation Skills – Required
- BLS / CPR Certification (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS) – Required
- Previous experience in Telemetry/Stepdown or similar unit
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to float to ICU and MedSurg units as needed
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
