Entry Level Sales Position (No Experience)

We are seeking for motivated, people‑focused individuals to join our team in an entry‑level sales and customer service role. This position is ideal for recent matriculants or people from the ages 18-28 who are eager to build strong professional skills, gain hands‑on experience, and grow within a supportive team environment.

1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant product or service information
2. Assist customers with inquiries, support requests, and product recommendations
3. Participate in sales activities, including presenting offerings and guiding customers through available options
4. Build positive relationships with customers to encourage satisfaction and repeat engagement
5. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up as needed
6. Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly sales goals
7. Represent the company professionally during customer interactions

• Passed Matric/ NQL 4-6
• SA ID or Passport
• Work permit
• Located based in Port Elizabeth/Uitenhage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
