Part-time Call Center Rep
Stable work history is required to be considered for this job. Customer service and data entry assessments (plus video interview recordings) must be completed prior to onsite client interviews. Note: this is a part-time position 20-25 hours/week. Initial 6 week training is 8am-1pm Monday - Thursday, but actual work schedule will be between 7am and 7pm based on company needs.

Responsibilities- Provide professional and empathetic service to members via phone, email, fax and regular mail; build sustainable relationships and kindly engage members
- Process member changes, service orders and payment returns according to standard practices
- Assist with billing questions and process payments and extensions
- Promote company programs and activities
- Enroll members in various programs such as prepay, budget billing, auto draft, etc.
- Prepare ad hoc reports for members; determine credit worthiness based on credit history/evaluation
- Post payments, establish service for new members; make changes to existing service
- Perform fast and accurate data entry using a 10-key
