Fish Filleter
Adecco has a great opportunity for a Fish Filleter position located in San Antonio, TX. Pay rates starting at $17.00 p/hr. working Monday – Friday, and occasional weekends.
Job Summary
Filleter are intended to support their production team by properly cutting and filleting various species of fish. The role focuses on maximizing product yield while maintaining high quality and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Fillet and cut fish (typically 10–60 lbs.) using knives
- Grade fish to minimize loss and ensure shelf life
- Maintain sanitation and hygiene of work area and equipment
- Communicate quality or safety issues to supervisors
- Assist teammates during high-volume production periods
- Experience using fillet knives and food processing equipment
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Capacity to stand for long periods and lift up to ~50 lbs.
Pay Rate: $ 17.00 p/hr.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
