Job Details- Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,070 - $2,180
- Charting System: Epic
- Patient Ratio: 1:7
- Schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday required
- Orientation: 36 hours
- Active Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania or a compact state
- Minimum of 3 years of emergency nursing experience
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Experience with Epic charting required
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department
- Strong clinical skills with adult and pediatric emergency patients
- Ability to work night shifts and support a rotating weekend and holiday schedule
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Emergency Department across all age groups
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical need
- Administer medications, start IVs, and support emergency interventions as needed
- Care for patients presenting with trauma, stroke, STEMI, sepsis, respiratory issues, psychiatric emergencies, and other acute conditions
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members to support rapid, effective treatment
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in Epic
- Maintain a calm, professional approach in a busy, high-volume emergency room environment
