Job Summary:

Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist position available in Portland, Oregon. This role involves performing advanced electrophysiology procedures within a short-term acute care facility. Candidates must bring their ophthalmic licensure on the first day and possess at least one year of electrophysiology experience.

The position requires flexible staffing, including working three of the five major holidays.

Job Details:

  • Location: Portland, Oregon
  • Specialty: Electrophysiology (EP)
  • Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Oregon licensure through OBMI, at least 1 year of electrophysiology experience, ARRT Radiology Technologist certification, and current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with arrhythmia induction, cardiac ablation, conduction studies, fluoroscopy, interpretation of dysrhythmias, pacemaker and implantable device procedures, and EPIC charting system proficiency
  • Additional Information: Candidates must have a vehicle for this assignment and be willing to float within the hospital or nearby facilities. The position involves working with specialized equipment and maintaining inventory. Candidates should have prior experience with electrophysiology labs and related procedures.
  • Notes: Must commit to working three of the five holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD). All specific scheduling requests should be included during submittal. Suitable candidates will have two references covering one year within the last three years.
