- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,010 – $1,090 (competitive pay for travel pharmacy technicians)
- Active Pharmacy Technician certification (e.g., CPhT or state licensure preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience; hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Ability to work evening shifts and every other weekend
- Completion of onboarding health and background requirements, including: drug screen; immunizations (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, COVID-19); physical/health statement; and criminal background check
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to patient safety, and excellent communication skills for clinical support
- Assist pharmacists in preparing, labeling, and dispensing medications for inpatient and outpatient areas
- Maintain accurate medication records, documentation, and pharmacy inventory management
- Support medication distribution throughout the hospital, including floor deliveries and automated dispensing systems
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and quality assurance standards
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in pharmacy safety initiatives, medication reconciliation support, and continuous improvement activities
