Sr. Program Manager, Subscribe & Save
We are seeking an experienced, driven, and analytical Sr. Program Manager to contribute to SnS' WW cost-to-serve roadmap.
This role will interface with some of SnS's key stakeholders including: SCOT, DEX, Retail, Finance, and SnS-tech to identify solutions to improve the way we deliver recurring auto-delivery orders. In this role, the Sr. Program Manager will be responsible delivering initiatives that will ensure our completion of high-visibility, VP goals.
You will be successful in this role if you (1) Can develop data-based insights and turn them into actionable workplans, (2) are comfortable with ambiguity, and (3) collaborate well across multi-functional teams. You will have high ownership and a track record of driving projects to completion.

SnS is made up of passionate product managers, program managers, BIEs, UX designers, marketing managers, and engineers working together to build a world-class auto-delivery program for tens of millions of customers across the globe.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Seattle, WA, USA- 5+ years of program or project management experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Strong quantitative data analysis and critical thinking skills- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Excellent project management skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Amazon is a total compensation company.
