Requirements:

3 years experience

Must have recent Charge RN experience

No first-time travelers

Active RN license required

Certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), NIHSS (AHA or APEX)

BSN not required
Charting System: Cerner

Role Overview: On-shift leadership (charge + clinical mentor + manager blend)

Oversees patient safety & care quality
Rounds on patients and addresses service/safety concerns
Supports staff and unit operations

Takes charge assignments based on census/staffing
