• Southwood (Jonesboro): Night Shift | 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Gwinnett (Duluth): Day Shift Options
• 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Active Georgia PA License
• Prior Emergency Department experience required
• Comfortable handling low to moderate acuity urgent care cases
• Epic EMR experience preferred
