Job Description- Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with project engineers to ensure technical specifications are met.
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project timelines and safety protocols.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company standards.
- Conduct project reviews and implement lessons learned for future projects.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
- Experience with project management and project engineering in the construction industry.
- Strong skills in scheduling and budgeting for construction projects.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
