CNA – Long Term Care (LTC) - CNAL #002

Local Pay: $21–$23/HR ($724–$793 Weekly) (Based on Experience)

Job Description

This position requires strong teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to resident needs in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support resident mobility, transfers, and repositioning to help prevent pressure injuries
• Measure and record vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respirations
• Assist with feeding, hydration, and monitoring dietary intake
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly
• Maintain infection prevention and control standards, including proper PPE usage and hand hygiene
• Respond quickly and professionally to resident call lights and care requests
• Promote resident comfort, safety, and emotional well-being
• Maintain accurate patient care documentation and follow facility protocols

• Minimum 2 years of CNA experience required
• Active North Dakota CNA license required
• Current BLS certification required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work effectively in a long-term care setting with a patient-centered approach
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
