Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Radiologic Technologist for an outpatient CT Body unit, requiring ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications and at least 2 years of CT experience.
Details- Outpatient CT Body unit within a large academic health system in Rochester, MN
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 8-hour day shifts
- 40 hours per week, 5 days per week
- 13-week contract assignment
- Requires flexibility to staff various work locations, shift times and lengths, including days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends
- On-call pager response may be required
- Epic EMR — charting experience required
- No teleworking; fully on-site position
- Minimum of 2 years of CT experience required, or 3 total travel assignments
- Associate's degree in a related field required
- Graduate of an accredited radiography program required
- Active ARRT
- Radiography (R) and ARRT
- Computed Tomography (CT) certifications required
- BLS certification required (AHA or American Red Cross)
- No pending licenses accepted — active licensure required at time of consideration; license required if applicable
- Date of birth (DOB) required for consideration
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
- Produces high-quality diagnostic CT images meeting established departmental standards
- Practices radiation and patient safety guidelines for self, support personnel, and patients
- Maintains competence across a variety of CT equipment and technologies
- Fosters teamwork through effective communication and collaboration
- COVID vaccination and booster required for eligibility
- Travelers who have previously worked at this facility may remain on assignment for up to one calendar year from their initial start date; a 30–60 day break is required before returning to a new assignment
