Act as a central point of contact for all territory finance departments

Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients, Learning Consultants, and Enablement & Operations teams to drive the creation of learning solutions that meet business needs.Support Learning Consultants in identifying and communicating project requirements.
Develop and present high-level and detailed designs for learning events and assets across modalities: live, virtual, digital.
Create and curate engaging learner content aligned with learning objectives and business priorities and develop effective instructor materials for smooth training deliveries.Prepare learning solutions for conferences, in-office training, multi-location sessions, virtual and digital deliveries.
Apply learning standards, policies, and compliance requirements throughout design and delivery processes.
Utilize design thinking and innovation to prototype, test, and refine learning experiences with stakeholders and learners.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Specialists, instructors, and Enablement & Operations teams to ensure training quality and relevance, leading design meetings and instructor T3 sessions as applicable.
Maintain clear documentation of project progress, challenges, and resolutions to support continuous improvement.
