Job Description- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through completion
- Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and documentation
- Track and resolve issues related to cost, quality, and performance
- Communicate with clients and ensure project satisfaction
- Lead project planning meetings and maintain documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Support estimating, procurement, and subcontractor management
- Complete closeout and turnover requirements

The Successful Applicant
The Sr. Project Manager will have:
- 7+ years of construction management experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction prefereed, but not required
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with construction software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in the medical/healthcare construction space
