Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Data Center will be responsible for:
- Assist with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling for data center construction projects to support successful execution
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to help ensure technical specifications and project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and support compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Support communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams by providing updates and assisting with issue resolution
- Identify potential risks or issues and escalate concerns that may impact project timelines, costs, or performance

The Successful Applicant
The Assistant Project Manager - Data Center should have:
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Experience working on data center projects (strongly preferred)
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam and other construction related software
- Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Familiar with building codes, MEP, safety regulations, and industry standards
