Concierge Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
The Concierge Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service that establishes a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community.
Location: Greensboro, NC
Shift: Part-Time | 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM | Every other Friday and Every other Monday
Pay: $13.00/hour
What will I do every day?- Monitor residents, guests and or visitors coming in and out of the community
- Assist residents with requests as needed
- Take the lead in the day-to-day adiministration of the move-in and welcome process
- Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
- Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel
- Audit records and files
- Bring a smile to work every day
- Be a great team player
- 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
