What You'll Do As A Sales Associate:
- Speak with homeowners during set appointments to explain roofing and remodeling services and assess project needs
- Guide customers through the process from initial consultation to project kickoff
- Build trust and deliver a top-tier customer experience throughout the project lifecycle
- Collect and manage customer information accurately within our CRM
- Answer questions around materials, timelines, and project expectations
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best roofing or remodeling solutions
- Track activity, follow-ups, and pipeline in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Attend weekly trainings and sales meetings to sharpen your skills
