Asa BCBA you will play a crucial role in assessing clients (ranging from
- 28 years old) and developing treatment plans to support their
behavioral health needs.
Duties:
- Conduct patient
individualized behavior intervention plans - Provides frequent and
quality supervision for RBTs/BTs - Collect and analyze data to monitor
progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly - Maintain accurate
medical documentation and records of client care - Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Train a team of BTs/RBTs and midlevel supervisors
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required -
Proficiency in client assessment and data collection techniques - Strong
understanding of medical records and documentation - Excellent
communication skills to collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary
teams
