Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the construction project
Performs quality control inspections on all homes underconstruction; completes walk-through inspections to ensure cleanliness and to
note maintenance to be performed
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Work with project inspectors, contractors, engineers, andclients
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere tooriginal plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction management or relatedfields
Strong leadership qualities
Deadline and detail-oriented
Reliable amp; dependable
Self-motivated amp; efficient
Excellent communication skills
Customer service oriented
Knowledge of Builder Trend software amp; Microsoft Office applications
License:
Valid Driver’s License required
