Accountant
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage end-to-end financial operations, including AP/AR, invoice processing, and essential administrative functions. This position is located in Atlanta, GA and will be a permanent position. Responsibilities- Project Accounting - Assures that all accounting documentation is effectively managed.
- Assures that project cost reporting, revenue reporting, and other financial data are properly and timely prepared and submitted.
- Assist the Accounting Department with obtaining payment from client.
- Utilize project reports, labor, equipment, and pass-thru cost to generate invoices to customers.
- Financial reporting via quickbooks to input payables and receivables
- Reviewing invoice contract terms prior to invoicing to ensure various requirements are met
