Developer / Implementation Consultant

You will be expected to work both independently and as a part of a team to deliver customized supply chain solutions with little to no errors. You must be self-motivated, tenacious, and a natural problem solver.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the translating of business requirements into technical design documents using Microsoft Visio, Word, Project and Excel
• Program, Configure, develop, debug, and trouble shoot solutions per design documents
• Assist in training of customer management team and end-users
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with writing, reading, and troubleshooting SQL queries
• Experience with translating business requirements into technical design documents using Microsoft Visio, Word, Project, and Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage
• Strong consulting, analytical and problem solving skills
• Supply chain and distribution industry knowledge and experience
• Ability to travel as needed (15% to 35%)
• BA / BS / AA Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience in HighJump Software, RedPrairie (JDA), Manhattan Associates, SAP- WM, Oracle-WM, Accellos, Infor, inconso, etc.
• Supply Chain Management domain expertise
• Customer service and consulting experience
• Project management experience
• Labeling (Bartender or Loftware) experience
• Reporting experience (Cognos, Business Objects Crystal Reports, SSRS)
• Experience (link removed) and HTML5
• Exposure to networking tools, Windows operating systems, and database management systems
