Overview:
We're seeking a Health & Benefits Sales Professional to drive growth by helping employers address complex employee benefits, healthcare, financial wellbeing, and workforce challenges.
This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, expanding enterprise relationships, and delivering strategic health and benefits consulting solutions to organizations with 1,000 to 5,000 employees. The ideal candidate is a proven hunter with experience selling employee benefits, health and welfare consulting, or related solutions to executive decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing relationships.
Build and manage a portfolio of complex, high-value accounts.
Conduct sales presentations, executive meetings, and prospect engagements.
Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
Lead opportunities from prospect identification through contract execution.
Negotiate pricing, scope, and service agreements.
Identify market opportunities and develop strategic growth plans.
Build relationships with C-suite executives and senior HR leaders.
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to deliver tailored client solutions.
Expand market presence through networking, conferences, and industry organizations.
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and sales goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of successful enterprise sales experience.
Experience selling employee benefits, health and benefits consulting, or related services.
Experience selling to organizations with 1,000-5,000 employees.
Strong business development and prospecting skills.
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Experience engaging executive-level decision makers.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage complex sales cycles.
Strong professional network and market presence.

Experience selling health and welfare consulting solutions.
Experience within a direct competitor organization.
Experience selling to large employer groups.
Strong network among HR, benefits, and executive leadership communities.
Thought leadership experience through conferences, events, or industry organizations.
Proven track record of new logo acquisition and revenue growth.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $151,000 - $170,000Employment Type: Full-Time
