Our client offers a complete range of construction services for both rehab and ground-up multifamily projects. - Develop a thorough understanding of the entire scope of work, including plans, specifications, logistics, materials, equipment, submittal and other requirements.
- Perform buyouts to ensure budgets are maintained
- As necessary, update plans and schedules for field staff
- Work with Superintendents to coordinate subcontractors and manage on-site production.
- Manage and push through all change-orders, RFI's, submittals, etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with owners / clients

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
- Must have construction experience in the multifamily or commercial markets
- Desire to learn and help others learn
- Working knowledge of construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
- Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
- Desire / ability to build and maintain relationships
