Our client is a public works general contractor located in Queens, NY and is hiring a Field Engineer - DDC Construction due to growth and strong pipeline. Our client is a well established general contractor and is hiring to add to their collective team after winning numerous projects recently.The project size that the Field Engineer - DDC Construction will run is $5M to $150M
Job Description- Coordinate daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Assist in managing subcontractors and maintaining safety standards on-site.
- Support project documentation, including schedules, reports, and logs.
- Communicate with project stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Monitor construction progress and identify potential issues or delays.
- Collaborate with the Superintendent to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
- Assist in managing materials, equipment, and resources on-site.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
