Job Description- Manage multifamily mid-rise projects from construction through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project reporting
- Partner with field leadership to drive quality, safety, and production goals
- Support preconstruction activities between active project assignments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders

The Successful Applicant- Experience managing multifamily mid-rise construction projects
- Background with a general contractor environment
- Strong financial, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, culture-driven organization

Salary: $130,000-$160,000 (Project Manager) | $100,000-$120,000 (Assistant Project Manager)- Healthcare coverage with 55% employer contribution
